This draft policy explains what information Skintronics collects through this website, how it is used, and the rights you have under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It is provided for review and is not yet a published legal document.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, financing interest, partner application or contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, practice or business name, email address, mobile number, province, practice type, area of interest, preferred contact method and any message you include.
The site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies beyond what is required to display the website itself.
Why we collect it
Information is collected to respond to your enquiry, verify partner eligibility where applicable, and to route your request to the correct member of the Skintronics team.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are handled internally by the Skintronics team. Where you specifically request a financing introduction, relevant information may be shared with a finance partner only with your consent. Skintronics is not the credit provider.
Retention
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably required to respond to and follow up on the request, or as required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information Skintronics holds about you, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact info@skintronics.co.za with such requests.
External links
This site links to the main Skintronics WordPress site (skintronics.co.za) for product listings, partner login, accounts, orders and cart. Those pages are governed by the existing site's own terms and privacy notice.
Changes to this policy
Once approved and published, updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. This draft is provided solely for legal review.
